MONTHLY                    FITNESS PLAN

                   plans are laid out in a easy to follow day-by-day format detailing what exercises to do along with how many reps and sets.

​

You log your first workout to give us an idea of your current strength level. This is revisited monthly to reevaluate your continued progress and make adjustments as needed. We provide you with an online resource to show you exactly how the exercises are to be performed. You also have access to your Trainer/Coach for any questions or clarifications you may have along the way.  

 

To start we need intake photos, weight, and measurements. Measurements include upper chest, mid-chest, waist, hips, dominate thigh and dominate upper arm. Pictures angles are front, side, and back. We provide you with a pictorial guide on the exact areas to measure and the distance at which to take the photographs. Progress pictures are repeated weekly so we may see and discuss your progress as well as modify your workout if needed.

MONTHLY                    DIET PLAN

                   Diet Plans are specifically designed to work in conjunction with your custom fitness plan. Upon intake we gather information about your current eating habits and diet as well as discuss any dietary restrictions and preferences. We don't count calories! Your detailed diet plan is laid out in a meal-by-meal format and outlines exactly how many ounces or grams of each food group you need as well as what workout day that specific menu belongs to. We recommend you purchase a digital scale. We provide you with quick and easy recipes as well as online access to a how-to on meal prep.

                          ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING

 

Having a goal is one of the most important tools to keep you motivated and to celebrate your success! In our first conversation we will discuss your current goals and create new ones if needed. We’ll get you set up powerfully by looking at your schedule and commitments, then mapping them out so that we have a framework and looking glass into where your actual freetime lies.

If there isn’t any freetime, we look at what can be shifted, shaved off, or created, to allow for your new commitment and movement toward your goal. Anything is possible within a structure!

Coaching continues throughout the month, weekly/daily

  • Check-ins (scheduled and random)

  • Progress picture insights

  • Ongoing Q&A for workout/diet concerns

  • Ongoing coaching upon breakdowns

 

We also provide you with a special measuring tool that is unique to                           that leaves you inspired, motivated, and seeing results throughout your fitness journey.
